Human Resource and Accounting Administrator

ZKTeco WFM is a growing company seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR and Accounting Administrator to support our continued expansion.
This role will report directly to the Finance/Office Manager and will be responsible for supporting both human resources and accounting functions that are critical to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including background checks, benefit enrollment, and orientation scheduling.
  • Track PTO, leaves of absence, and assist with open enrollment and benefits administration.
  • Support employee performance review cycles by preparing documentation and reminders.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, and HR policies.
  • Assist in maintaining SOC audit documentation for HR and compliance activities.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Accounting Support:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain vendor records; support year-end 1099 processing.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating timesheet and deduction information with payroll providers.
  • Manage employee expense reports, corporate credit card reconciliations, and basic accounting entries.
  • Assist the Finance team with month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
General Administration:
  • Support the Finance/Office Manager with day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination and supply ordering.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for administrative and financial records.
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to Finance, HR, and senior leadership as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2 years of combined HR and accounting experience, ideally in a small-to-mid-sized business environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software (Zoho People, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ADP, or similar platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a growing business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Technical Fulfillment Specialist

ZKTeco, the largest developer and manufacturer of workforce data collection terminals in the world, delivers superior quality hardware, full-featured embedded device software, and a suite of software development tools and services that enable industry partners to track customers to maximize the return on investment in their workforce data collection systems.

The Technical Fulfillment Specialist is tasked with configuring hardware according to customer-approved specifications and overseeing all logistics preparations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assemble hardware and configure based on client requirements.
  • Perform embedded device hardware troubleshoot, firmware troubleshoots and patch update.
  • Work individually and with a team to solve technical problems while communicating trending issues and best practice
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage packaging, shipping, and logistics for our products, both domestically and internationally.
  • Ensure timely shipment of all orders according to approved schedules.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics tasks between the US office and factory, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and implement corrective actions to maintain 100% accuracy of inventory records.
  • Monitor in-transit material levels, working to minimize backorders and reduce delays while preventing overstock on less popular items.
  • Provide clients with timely notifications on shipments and order delays; communicate with vendors for logistics and product purchases.
  • Manage customs compliance for all imports and ensure quality control for all received and shipped products.
  • Maintain a 100% accurate monthly inventory and ensure warehouse organization.

Education and Experience:
Associates accredited college or university or equivalent years of warehouse /technical support experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience
 PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system

CRM System / Zoho experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
The following physical requirements are essential for successful performance in this warehouse position:

  •  Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds] regularly.
  • Aptitude for pushing and pulling carts, pallet jacks, or other wheeled equipment.
  • Agility and coordination for navigating through the warehouse environment safely.
